Splenda Blows

In general I dislike artificial sweeteners as they really have no place in this fucking world. Sugar is and always will be king and hopefully one day sugar will replace another highly depended on item--oil, in every facet of life. Sugar-powered cars and trucks is an idea I can get behind 100%. However, I do love my Diet Coke (Although I prefer Coca-Cola Lite) and worship it above most of my other worldly possessions as roughly 6 years ago I traded in my 20 Coca-Cola's a day habit for Diet Coke and I do regard this as my rebirth and second baptism in general.

Lets get back on point as my wife accidentally purchased a 12 pack of Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda recently. Not being one to waste and also to lazy to return it I decided to try it this morning as I had run out of good ole' Diet Coke. After 1 can I can say this really, really sucks. It sucked so bad that I had to run out at 6am and purchase a replacement pack immediately just to get the taste out of my mouth and the Splenda out of my soul.

The moral of this lesson is that Splenda sucks & blows simultaneously.
