Very few people are bigger fams of touring any and all museums when hitting a twon but the International Spy Museum in Washington DC is must see for anyone. This is an incredibly well designed museum which not only caters to those who love tons of information but also those who love interacive displays (Reccommended for kids too).
It starts off a little too gimicky for me but quickly got me excited with its historical information which starts as early as Alexander the Great and works it way through history rather quickly but throughoughly. Of course the highlight is once it gets up to WWII and the Cold War for me as it even includes an acutal car used to smuggle folks over from the East.
A nice payoff when you get to the end is where they show all the spys who have been recently caught (1900-Present) and how they got caught (Along with thier sentence). I could go on and on regarding this museum but take a walk through it next time you want to hit all the great museums in DC.
