Axl Rose was arrested outside the Berns Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden last night for allegedly biting a security guard in the leg and also of threatening a policeman. Rose, who had a concert in Stockholm on Monday night, was "too drunk to talk" and instead was placed in a cell to sober up (Surprise!) a police spokeswoman said. According to reports Rose was "tussling" with a woman in the hotel when a security intervened only to get gnawed on by Mr. Rose. If he does get charged and convicted with a misdemeanor it could be up to 6 months in prison but he would receive up to four years in prison for a felony charge (very doubtful).I guess this means that we have to keep on waiting for Chinese Democracy. On the other hand if you have been anxiously waiting for this new release the last 13 years (The Spaghetti Incident?--1993) a few more years can only ripen it, right?
