Not being a food site (visit Skillet Doux for that) I just had to comment on a great liver I had tonight courtesy of Heartland Meats. Their is truly no better dinner than a great piece of liver, fried onions and a little red cabbage (2 of the 3 I had tonight). If anyone out their is interested in getting a hold of some great liver or other meats let me know as this guy is at my local farmers market and so far everything he has sold me (He delivers as well) has been top notch.Again, I would stick to the liver 365 days a year but everyone has their own opinion.
