2 Down (Preaching to the Choir)

So I just got done watching Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism. Nothing too extraordinary here if you are a fairly intelligent person who is able to look honestly at news but it was a nice compilation. A few parts I got a chuckle at--

• FOX News Memos--Example: Today's focus is on John Kerry and how he looks French. Now that is hard hitting news.
• No Spin--I have said this from day 1; Bill O'Reilly is way more frightening to me and to the cause of journalism than Rush will ever be. It is almost inconceivable how arrogant, smug and also how much he lies....unless you have seen this show and then it is very, very conceivable.
• Brit Hume--Nice jowls jackass.

Again, nothing too surprising but it is sad that journalism is dying very quickly. My pie in the sky (I love French Silk from Bakers Square, that shit is mad fucking delicious.) dream would be for a resurgence in local papers but I will settle for an electronic revolution.

The one side benefit was that I went to the No Spin Store today and I think I might pick this one up for myself and a few other deserving dads out there--
